Because we have a wide range of experience, as far as training and years of service, and different places we work, and the veterans that help us from all organizations, we thought veteran advocates would be an appropriate name. It also makes it easier to answer the phones.
The group of Service Organizations who contribute to this effort are Northeast El Paso Post 407, American Legion 16th District Service Officer, Desert Shield/ Desert Storm Regional Co-Coordinator, NVOA and a great group of others who represent other organizations.

We are putting together a Web Page to help more vets with the ways to file claims to the VA. We hope it will be up and running soon. We will help you link up to sites that can help you to get an idea of what the VA is looking for.
We have some Medical People who can assist us with your claim.
When you come in to see us have your paperwork in hand please. Your denial letter from VA, a copy of your C&P, and any service medical records you may have.
We have access to 4 Service Officers, we prepare information that is given to our Congressman and Senators, We know where to go and what you should do when you get there, We know Organizations that can help in a crisis, we usually have crutches and walkers.
